Accomodation
For the benefit of participants in the Interdisciplinary Symposium on Sustainable Development, 105 hotel rooms have been pre-reserved in 4 hotels in the vicinity of Louvain-la-Neuve (see below). If you would like to make use of one of these hotels, you may reserve a room in your own name. Please note that accommodation costs will not be covered by the event organisers.
Transport in the form of shuttle busses will be provided for the hotels in Louvain-la-Neuve and Wavre :
- Wednesday 20/05 at 22h30 following the inaugural conference (ULB) ;
- Thursday 21/05 at 08h00 from the hotels to the Aula Magna (UCL) and for the return journey after the “Sustainable gastronomy” meal , at 22h30 (from the Aula Magna car park)
- Friday 22/05 at 08h00 from the hotels to the Aula Magna (UCL). No return journey will be provided.
Seats on these shuttle busses may be reserved by emailing the organisers at the following address: info@congrestransitiondurable.org . Please note that this service is free of charge however, advanced reservation will be necessary.

The hotel is within walking distance of the centre of Louvain-la-Neuve.
